About Rangareddy

Rangareddy district (also sometimes spelled Ranga Reddy) is a district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The district has an area of 7,493 km², and a population of 3,575,064 of which 54.20% is urban as of 2001. The district encircles the city and district of Hyderabad, and the city of Hyderabad also serves as the administrative center of the district.
